Privacy notice

The Professional College of Mines and Safety (“PCMS”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation (if any), email address, telephone number, enquiry category and message. When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens in WhatsApp, not on this website. The website also keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser type, to protect the form from misuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and are then deleted.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to earthur@pcmslearninggh.com.
